How do I pay with Robux?
After selecting your plan, we'll send you a link to our Roblox group gamepass. You purchase the gamepass with Robux, then send us your transaction ID on Discord and we'll activate your hosting within minutes.
What bot frameworks do you support?
We support both Java and Python-based bots. If your bot runs on Node.js or Python, it'll run on PlinkCloud without any changes needed. However, a small surcharge will be added for python bots.
What happens if my bot crashes?
Our auto-restart system detects crashes in seconds and automatically brings your bot back online. You'll also receive a notification in our dashboard. Most restarts happen before you even notice.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades are applied immediately and we'll only charge the Robux difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
We occasionally offer free trials to new users — join our Discord server to check current availability. We also offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if you're not satisfied.
Can I host multiple bots?
Each plan covers one bot. If you need to host multiple bots, simply purchase multiple plans. Reach out on Discord and we can offer a bundle discount for 3 or more bots.
